Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa Jackson testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee about her agency's ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act. Congressman John Shimkus (R, Illinois) tore into Jackson, at one point demanding, "Do you believe in the law of supply and demand?!"
