In this clip from "The Mark Levin Show" a Neurosurgeon calls into to discuss the implications of Obamacare for patients over 70 years old who need advanced neurosurgical care; an issue that he found to be 'disturbing' 
 
The doctor confirms that these patients, who are referred to as 'units' would receive 'comfort care'
