Will Ferrell Takes Over Jay Carney's Podium In White House Briefing Room Visit

The White House Press Briefing Room got a little disorderly yesterday as comedian Will Ferrell swung by to say hello to Press Secretary Jay Carney and generally fool around in the White House. CNN caught some of the footage of Ferrell posing for pictures and joking with Carney.

According to the Washington Post, Ferrell is in town to receive the illustrious Mark Twain Prize for American Humor this weekend, in a ceremony where several of his Saturday Night Live colleagues will honor his career.
